Preparation

1.In a bowl whisk together 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup hot water till well blended. Let it cool down a bit. 2.Once done add the milk and vanilla essence. Mix well. 3.Add the whisked egg. 4.Now mix gradually pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and whisk them together. 5.Pour it in a greased tin. 6.Bake it for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees C or till the toothpick inserted comes out clean. 7.Smother some chocolate ganache/ sauce if you want to or you can eat it like this.
