Preparation
1. Trim the ends of the raw bananas, peel and slice off ½ inch from top of the bananas. 2. Take salt and turmeric powder in a bowl, add ½ cup water and mix. 3. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Use a mandolin slicer to slice bananas into thin chips directly into the hot oil. 4. Add a spoonful of the salted turmeric water into the kadai. Fry the chips for 2 -3 minutes or till they are crisp. Drain on absorbent paper and let them cool down to room temperature.
