Preparation
1. Chop onions and green chillies. Break 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them well but do not over beat. 2. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a non stick pan. Add half the onions and sauté till soft. Add green chillies and sauté for a minute.Add eggs, stir lightly and spread it over the entire pan. Sprinkle salt, pepper powder and cheese. 3. Fold in the edges and give the omelette a crescent shape. Cook, turning sides, till both sides are lightly browned. Serve hot.
