Preparation

1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add pistachios and almonds and sauté till they become golden brown in colour. 2. Add dates andquarter cup water and continue to cook till they become soft. 3. Add green cardamom powder and mix well. Remove from heat. 4. Grease the barfi tray with ghee and spread the mixture evenly in it. 5. Allow it to set for thirty minutes and then cut into equal squares. 6. Arrange them on a serving plate and serve at room temperature.
