Preparation
1. Heat oil in a non-stick pan, add cumin seeds and saute till their colour changes. Add onion, mix well and sauté till onion turns golden brown. 2. Add ginger-garlic paste, mix and sauté for 1 minute or till the raw smells disappear. Add tomato and salt, mix well, cover and cook till the mixture is pulpy. 3. Add chicken mince, mix well and sauté on high heat for 4-5 minutes. Add red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander leaves and green peas and mix well. Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes. 4. Add garam masala powder and lemon juice and mix well. Take the pan off the heat. 5. Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with pavs.
