Preparation
1. Deep fry poha until crisp. 2. Wash curry leaves, cashews and raisins. 3. Fry chana dal until golden. 4. Prepare the tempering and mix all the ingredients together. 5. Temper mustard, cumin and sesame seeds. 6. Add spices and salt. 7. Toss all the ingredients together.
